A strong , independent and knowledgeable council can make a significant difference in the performance of any union. Our rules and guidelines should emphasize on the qualities of strengh of character, an inquiring and an independent mind, practical wisdom and mature jugement. Like any successful union, we must have a council who start and stand for what is right, who do not have hidden agendas, and who is strive to make jugments about what is best for the union and Niger in general.
